Each features a beautifully balanced assortment of seasonal ingredients, including wild B.C. king salmon, smoked Arctic char, anago, and Canadian sablefish, prepared to travel well for outdoor dining without sacrificing freshness or elegance.
Looking to really impress your watch-party guests? Tojo’s is also offering two luxurious dishes showcasing coveted A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, widely regarded as Japan’s finest grade of beef. The silky Tanoshimi Nigiri and shareable Gochiso platter elevate game-day snacking into something closer to fine dining.
