Zen don’t cost a thing

It always seems a shame to be exercising indoors when we could be out
frolicking in the (ahem) sun.

Luckily, we can have it both ways this summer when it comes to our yoga
practice. Saturdays from June 22 to August 24, join 889 Yonge and
Lululemon for Yoga
Unplugged
on the deck of the Thompson Hotel, with a roster of
teachers leading classes to the soundtrack of The Beatles, Bob Marley,
Madonna and other top acts. And Sundays at 10 a.m. from June 30 to
September 1, Lululemon is hosting Take
Your Dog to the Park
in Trinity Bellwoods with some of the city’s
favourite teachers.

All classes are free, but BYOM (that’s bring your own mat) and your
best, most powerful sun salutations.

This Friday, head to the Distillery District between 10 and 6 for
40-minute classes with Om
T.O.
