Many Montrealers have moved down the 401, and now the city wants them
back.
Officials at la Ville de Montréal are launching a unique incentive
program geared to former residents. Perks include a one-year BIXI
membership, two-months supply of St-Viateur bagels and 10 per cent off
poutine at all La Belle Province restaurants. Toronto applicants will be
required to attend a jaywalking workshop and pass a test in Franglais.
