Starting today, the beloved burger chain has officially launched its limited-edition Canadian Rooty keychain collection—a series of adorable five-inch plush collectibles starring Rooty, A&W’s iconic Great Root Bear, celebrating some of Canada’s favourite summertime traditions.
Designed to capture the spirit of summer from coast to coast, each collectible features Rooty dressed for a different Canadian adventure. There’s Paddling Rooty, inspired by lazy days on Muskoka lakes, Poutine Rooty representing Québec’s most iconic comfort food, plus Hiking Rooty, Fishing Rooty, and Rodeo Rooty, each paying tribute to uniquely Canadian ways to spend the season.
Whether clipped to a tote bag, backpack, beach bag or keys, the plush keychains are poised to become this summer’s cutest accessory—and with Rooty remaining one of Canada’s most recognizable fast-food mascots, they’re likely to disappear quickly.
Fans can add a Canadian Rooty to any A&W combo for $4.99, or purchase one individually for $9.99, while supplies last.
