When it comes to spas, we have no problem playing favourites: Balnea is way up there.
From the serene countryside setting to the top-notch installations, any excuse to visit this idyllic Bromont retreat is a good one. Our latest reason is the fifth edition of Été des Chefs—a summertime culinary competition that sees a new chef serve up a special spa-inspired dish every week until August 30th. During our latest visit, we feasted on Marc-Alexandre Mercier of Hotel Herman’s divine scallop salad, paired with local bubbly Orpailleur Brut. Mercier is followed by other talented chefs from Les Enfants Terribles, Crudessence, Shinji and more.
