Droplet’s Beloved Happy Blanket Is Back—Now In A Gorgeous New Terracotta Hue

Décor & Design, Featured

Some home essentials simply spark joy—and Droplet’s Happy Blanket is one of them.

After selling out in less than 48 hours when it first launched, the coveted collaboration between Droplet and The August Diaries is officially back. Even better? It’s now available in two beautiful colourways: the original Tidal, a calming cool blue, and an all-new Terracotta, whose warm, earthy tones are destined to become the season’s coziest neutral.

The addition of Terracotta has been a long time coming, and it’s easy to see why. Rich, sun-baked and effortlessly versatile, the new shade offers a beautiful contrast to Tidal’s breezy coastal feel, giving shoppers two equally timeless options whether they’re styling a bed, a sofa or packing for a picnic.

Designed with signature smiley-face motifs woven throughout, the Happy Blanket brings a playful touch to everyday living without overwhelming your space. Its intentionally neutral palette keeps the design sophisticated, while the oversized proportions—larger than a king-size blanket—make it perfect for family movie nights, beach days, backyard gatherings or curling up with a good book.

Made from ultra-soft, three-layer muslin, the blanket has an airy, cloud-like feel that only gets softer with every use, making it just as practical as it is beautiful.

Created in collaboration with lifestyle creator The August Diaries, the Happy Blanket reflects a shared love of thoughtful design that blends comfort, functionality and everyday happiness. Judging by its first sellout—and the flood of requests for a restock—we have a feeling the new Terracotta edition won’t stay on shelves for long. —Noa Nichol

The Happy Blanket definitely looks like one of those products that balances comfort with thoughtful design. I like that it’s made from three-layer muslin, since that fabric tends to be lightweight, breathable, and softer over time. The new Terracotta color also sounds like a great addition—it offers a warm, versatile look while the oversized size makes it practical for everything from relaxing at home to outdoor outings. If you’re into Blox Fruits and want to make smarter trades, the check blox fruits values tool is also worth a look.

The Happy Blanket sounds like one of those products that combines style and practicality really well. I like that it’s available in both the calming Tidal blue and the new Terracotta shade, giving people options depending on their home décor. The oversized size and three-layer muslin fabric also make it seem versatile enough for everything from cozy evenings at home to outdoor picnics. It’s easy to see why the first release sold out so quickly.
