For many Canadians, Esprit was a defining part of shopping mall culture throughout the ’80s, ’90s and early 2000s before closing its North American stores in 2012. It’s great to see Esprit making a comeback. The brand has always had a timeless casual style, and bringing it back through Walmart Canada makes it much more accessible for people who remember the original collections as well as younger shoppers discovering it for the first time.
