This January, we’re going back to Cali—by way of our appetite and Nota Bene.
From January 2nd till the end of the month, chef David Lee will be serving up a prix-fixe menu inspired by California wines and, take our word for it, you may want to go more than once so you have a chance to try both the tender braised beef short rib and the Alaskan black cod, the latter served with wild mushroom broth and potato foam. Dreamy. Book on a Wednesday, when there’ll be guided wine and food pairings with sommeliers and winemakers.
