Oh our word, the Juice Truck’s new brick-and-mortar location is adorable.
The more permanent incarnation of our favourite smoothie-purveyor-on-wheels sits on an unassuming block of 5th Avenue behind sidewalk planters of purple kale. Inside, a tropical punch head-trip—pineapples dominate the décor, whether in a Charlie & Lee rope swing, sliced to reveal watermelon in a framed pop-art poster, or bedecking the bathroom wall. On tap: the JT’s classic cold-pressed vegetal Green Juice, silky-violet Blueberry Lavender smoothie and plenty of virtuous lunch options (sushi with parsnip rice is great). Best of all? It’s near our office.
