This year, an exceedingly generous bunny came baring baskets of
chocolate. For the most indulgent cup of cocoa, read on:
50 g Valrhona (or any high cocoa content chocolate)
250 ml semi-skimmed milk
A dash of double cream
Method
Bring the milk to a boil and remove from the heat.
Add the cream and grated chocolate to the warm milk and stir until
melted.
Leave in the fridge for at least an hour so the chocolate melds with the
cream.
Gently reheat the chocolate in a pan and froth it up with a blender.
Serve with marshmallows and/or a dollop of whipped cream.
