Some Hot Buns

December 15, 2016

Food and travel writer Amy Rosen’s words have inspired many of us to fill our passports, and now she’s cooking up something to literally fill our bellies.

Rosen’s Buns is her new cinnamon bun bakery, and the satisfying brioche-dough goods have foodies flocking from across the city to get their hands on them. With just the right amount of glaze and a satisfying hit of cinnamon, these comfort food wonders, paired with the Ezra’s Pound coffee or Honest Leaf tea she serves at the shop, are the baked-good equivalent of a hug. Also available is bread pudding, which we hear is an even more delectable way to enjoy the buns.

Our tastebuds are thrilled (as are our personal trainers, for all the extra work we’ll be putting in to offset these treats!). —Karen Kwan
