Meat and Greet

October 1, 2010

You cant go into a restaurant these days without seeing fancy prosciutto
and designer salami on the menu. Charcuterie is de rigueur.

Bar Salumi, from the folks behind Local
Kitchen and Wine Bar
, is bang on trend. The bite-size menu of
house-made salumi ($15), filetti di prosciutto ($8) and octopus/potato
crostini ($8) hits the spot. Wash it all down with a Negroni Classico
(Gin+Campari+Sweet Vermouth, $10).

Baa, Moo, Oink.
