When looking for a downtown Vancouver spot for cocktails, appetizing eats and a classic old-school vibe, where does one go? Thanks to a multimillion-dollar renovation, the Westin Grand’s Hendricks Resto-Lounge—that’s where.
Equal parts restaurant, cocktail bar and show lounge, we recently got a taste of this new hot spot, including such lighter spins on traditional lounge bites as cauliflower “tater tots” and the freshest tuna poke atop crispy tarot chip. Delish. For drinks, the lemon grass-and-citrus-vodka-infused The Dylan Effect has our number. Same for the four local craft beers on tap, plus a selection of wines for all sippers to enjoy.
