Last week I had the opportunity to participate in the Blue Dragon cooking
competition as a celebration of their BC launch. At first, I panicked. Im
not the worlds worst cook, but I am no Iron Chef. We had a chance to
experiment with the Asian inspired cooking sauces beforehand so we could
perfect our dish at the competition.
Unfortunately we didnt win the competition maybe because I found myself
eating the delicious veggies and having a consistent glass of wine in
hand. The winners were rewarded with a $2,000 cheque that was given to
their favorite charity. Thanks to Blue Dragon for having us and Food
Journalist Nathan Fong for making the evening exciting and enjoyable!
