We never did very well on pointe shoes, but once in a while we like to
indulge our pink ballerina fantasies.
For 44 years, Les
Grands Ballets Canadiens have been bringing The
Nutcracker to Place des Arts. We love this classic for its spirited
choreography, magical sets and sparkling costumes (by celebrated
costumier François Barbeau).
Would it really be Christmas without sugar plum fairies and dancing toys?
