With Mother’s Day coming up (May 13th) and that sun teasing us from behind the clouds (today), we’re sharing a Treasures and Travels-created cocktail made with See Ya Later Ranch Pinot Gris. Great for brunch—or by itself for an afternoon outdoors—this Pinot Gris Sparkler features tart ruby red grapefruit juice, sparkling soda and rosemary, balancing sweet and bright flavours friends and family will love. —Noa Nichol
See Ya Later Ranch Pinot Gris Sparkler
Ingredients:
1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
2 oz grapefruit sparkling soda
1 sprig of rosemary
1 fresh grapefruit
1 bottle See Ya Later Ranch Pinot Gris
Method:
Add grapefruit juice and sparkling soda to glass, fill the rest of the glass up with See Ya Later Ranch Pinot Gris, garnish with rosemary and a fresh grapefruit slice. Serve chilled.
