Routine‘s cream options ($28) list coconut oil as their first ingredient, meaning you can expect an ultra-nourishing formula that can also be used as a moisture kick on cuts, scrapes and anywhere else that is in need of nourishment.

for discolouration. Did you know that shaving your underarms can make you more prone to in-grown hairs and skin discolouration? Consonant Dealkalizing Deodorant ($14) smoothly glides on with the help of cocoa butter while helping prevent discolouration that can be caused by shaving. Available in a lightly scented and unscented formula, this deo also contains clay and arrowroot powder to help absorb perspiration.

for a luxe touch. It’s all coming up roses with Dr. Hauschka’s Rose Deodorant ($29). A little different than other deodorants, this formula applies via roll-on with a combination of rose and jojoba oil which provides an elegant fragrance. We love that it contains a low alcohol content so it doesn’t dry out your underarms while keeping odour at bay.

for floral fans. Rosy Pits Daily Deodorant by Megababe ($18) is made with a blend of natural ingredients, including sage and green tea (no baking soda in sight), and helps prevent odour-causing bacteria from forming on the skin. This stick is alcohol-free, paraben-free and goes on smooth and clear; the fresh, rosy scent will have you sniffing your pits all day long!

one for everyone. With specialized options for women, men and teens, Native‘s formulas (from $10) are free of aluminum, parabens, sulfates and other nasty ingredients and come in TDF scents: coconut and vanilla, cucumber and mint, sea salt and cedar, and watermelon.
