How do we know it’s summer? Well, beyond the big red circle marking June 21st on our calendar, for us it’s the smell of barbecue in the air. And this year, we’re celebrating summer grill season and Canada Day simultaneaously at H2 Rotisserie & Bar at The Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver!
On Monday, July 1st, 2019, H2 is offering a special, expansive “Great Canadian BBQ” menu, including several flame-grilled items, to be prepared and served outdoors (weather permitting), from noon to 5 p.m. The complete menu includes more than 25 choices, such as build-your-own grilled corn featuring a variety of flavoured butters, spice mixes and aioli; chicken, shrimp and vegetable skewers; grilled Pacific salmon; a build-your-own poutine bar; garlic clams and mussels; and desserts like Nanaimo bars, butter tarts and a banana split bar! For an additional charge, complement your meal with a custom Caesar from H2’s tableside cart. Garnishes include candied bacon, pickled beans and asparagus, bocconcini-and-tomato skewers and more. As for entertainment, an acoustic live performance is sure to keep the mood festive throughout the afternoon.
