Three Food Network Canada celebrity chefs and real-life friends will team up for a special "As Seen on TV" collab dinner at Fable Diner in Vancouver on Monday, December 9th, 2019!
Fable Diner head chef Josef Driemel, who stepped into the spotlight earlier this year to showcase his signature cooking techniques on Food Network Canada’s long-running Diners, Drive-ins and Dives series, will open up his kitchen next month to share the line with fellow Vancouver chefs and Top Chef Canada stars Mark Singson and Max Straczek to prep a series of dynamic diner-inspired dishes. On the menu: beef carpaccio with savoury jam, candied salmon with cream cheese foam and "everything bagel" tuile, and sous-vide brisket served over sour cabbage with mustard and celeriac puree, among many other "elevated comfort food" creations. For dessert: a chocolate mousse, marshmallow ice cream, malted peanut collaboration between all three chefs!
