From day care drop-off to media events to production meetings to "What in the world will we have for dinner?" there’s no single device we at Vita Daily rely on more in our day-to-day than our phone. Happily, the latest launch from Samsung has made an even more useful (and helpful!) addition to our busy lives.
The Galaxy S10e includes so many new fab features we can’t wait to incorporate into our schedules, starting with a super screen—a.k.a. the world’s first Dynamic AMOLED display—that delivers a wide range of colour for a brilliant, realistic picture, even in bright sunlight (i.e., designer shades on or off). Perfect for reviewing VITA magazine covers as they’re being designed, it even reduces blue light through its Eye Comfort display without compromising picture quality or adding a filter.
Next up: new camera technology and advanced intelligence that makes it easy to take the most epic shots and videos. The Galaxy S10e offers an Ultra Wide lens with a 123-degree field of view, just like the human eye, so what you see is what’s in frame—perfect for impressive landscape shots, big panoramas and fitting the entire new Fenty foundation range (all 40 shades!) in a single photo. And with Shot Suggestion, the Galaxy S10e offers automatic composition recommendations so we can frame our pic better and capture pro-grade photos easily (read: our IG game just got stronger!).
Topping our list of phone perks, though, is the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S10e is capable of charging itself AND a second device simultaneously via Wireless PowerShare while connected to the in-box Fast Charge block. Translation: we can now leave our second charger at home when we go on press trips, giving us a better shot than ever at packing light!
In Prism White, Prism Blue and Prism Black (talk about outfit co-ordination!), the Samsung Galaxy S10e is empowering the Vita Daily team to do, capture, and share more in our daily lives, and is available now at Samsung Experience Stores, samsung.com/ca, and at all major Canadian carriers, starting at $1,020 (see carriers for specific pricing details). —Noa Nichol
