Perfectly timed to greet the arrival of spring, H Tasting Lounge at The Westin Bayshore hotel in Vancouver has launched its limited-time (till April 5th, 2020) patio transformation.
The Secret Garden, created in partnership with Moët & Chandon and Hendrick’s Gin, boasts five translucent harbourside domes decorated with floral embellishments and fresh greenery—accommodating up to six guests each, these beautiful bubbles are brimming with Instagrammable al-fresco moments. And the food! Savour fresh and flavourful local ingredients infused in dishes including the namesake Secret Garden (edamame hummus, rye “soil” and naan), baked brie from B.C.’s own Golden Ears Cheesecrafters, Dungeness crab gratin with crème fraiche and white cheddar, and a selection of fresh seafood, salads and desserts. Wash it all down with a Kentucky Canon (Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial, Buffalo Trace bourbon, orgeat syrup, yuzu) or a Through Rose Coloured Glasses (Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice gin, crème de violette, Noilly Prat vermouth).
