2 cups (grated) Spread’em Kitchen The Big Smoke Firm Cheeze
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tubs Spread’em Kitchen Truffle & Dill spread
Pizza crust of your choice; use store-bought, flatbread or make your own dough
500 g mushrooms of your choice
1 small red onion
1 clove of garlic
Few sprigs of thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 F. Chop the mushrooms and cook in olive oil, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and brown. Add garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until fragrant, for about 2 minutes. Spread the Truffle & Dill cream cheeze on your pizza crust. Top with the mushrooms and grated cheese. Place into the oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
