2 oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Reserve
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Orange Curacao
0.5 oz Orgeat (Almond) Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice (both crushed and cubed). Shake until chilled and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with lime shell and mint sprig.
