How much do you really know about your metabolism—not to mention, what it means for your well-being?
Metabolism is the process by which your body converts what you eat and drink into energy; it’s critical to your long-term health. @Diamondchick60 …. my all time favourite Avo Dish has got to be Guacamole… I eat it pretty much every day with toast and eggs. Highly addicting. I never tire of it…so many good recipes with it as well.
