Vijaya Selvaraju’s Golden Milk
2 cups Fairlife milk
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp honey
In a medium saucepan, add milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, and stir in turmeric, black pepper and honey. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
