Fizz Up For Spring With SodaStream Cocktails (Win!)

Sparkling Citrus Sunrise

SodaStream Sparkling Water
15ml Soda Press Co Old Fashioned Lemonade Organic Soda Syrup
90ml Orange Juice
45ml Silver Tequila
Dash of Grenadine
Orange Wheel and Maraschino Cherry to garnish

Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add tequila, Soda Press Co lemonade organic soda syrup, and orange juice. Shake very well (around 20 seconds). Strain into a hurricane glass, top with a dash of grenadine, and SodaStream sparkling water for a little bit of fizz, and garnish with an orange wheel and maraschino cherry.

Orange Thyme Gin Shrub

SodaStream Sparkling Water
60ml Dry Gin
30ml Soda Press Co Tonic Organic Soda Syrup
Long strips of Orange Rind and 2 Fresh Thyme Sprigs to garnish

Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. Pour gin, orange and thyme into a glass. Muddle to release flavour from the thyme and orange. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with pre-mixed SodaStream tonic flavoured sparkling water and garnish with extra-long strips of orange rind and fresh thyme.

Rosé Punch

1.25 litres of SodaStream Sparkling Water
2/3 cup Soda Press Organic Old Fashioned Lemonade Syrup
750 ml Rosé wine
560 ml of Prosecco, dry
1 fresh lime, sliced finely
1 fresh lemon, finely sliced
1 small pink grapefruit, sliced finely and quartered
25 g of fresh edible flowers
10 fresh basil leaves

Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. In a large punch bowl gently pour the sparkling water, Rosé wine, Prosecco and Soda Press Organic Old Fashioned Lemonade Syrup in and stir to combine gently. To serve, top with small slices of fresh lime, lemon, pink grapefruit, edible flowers and fresh basil leaves. This punch is also perfect with fresh berries, peaches and nectarines.
