This weekend, we’re going to be registering and working out to help raise funds for women’s causes.

Workout for Women’s Day, facilitated by Stronger Together Vancouver, is a coming together of local trainers and fitness studios around International Women’s Day to offer classes for charities that support all girls and women. Running till March 14th, 2021, the event includes online fitness classes taught by some of Vancouver’s best instructors. Participants are encouraged to donate to their favourite charities and causes that support girls and women. Looking for inspiration? The campaign has raised $25,000 so far this year, and is looking to add to that total this weekend; we can’t think of a better reason to break a sweat. —Vita Daily
