3 Recipes To Try With Blender Bites Smoothie Pucks

OK, we’ll say it! Getting all your vitamins may have been a little tough this past year and Blender Bites is on a mission to make healthy eating a little bit simpler with their frozen smoothie pucks. They come in three flavours: Greens & Tropicals, Greens & Berries and Vita-Smoothie (which packs a powerful immune boosting punch!) In addition to throwing these pucks in the blender and mixing with your favourite milk, you can create anything from fruit roll-ups to popsicles to muffins! Here are a few recipes to try with these superfood pucks. —Vita Daily

Fruit Roll Up Strips

3 Blender Bites Greens & Berries pucks
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey

Blend three pucks of Greens & Berries in a food processor. Add agave syrup or honey and mix. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture on parchment paper 1/8″-1/4″ thick. Bake at 200 F for 4-5 hours. Cool, then cut into strips.

Greens & Berries Muffins

2 Blender Bites Greens & Berries pucks
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
Splash of vanilla
Splash of agave or honey

Blend pucks with yogurt, vanilla and agave syrup or honey. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Pour mixture into greased muffin tin. Preheat oven 350 F. Bake 20-30 mins. Enjoy!

Greens & Berries Superfood Pops

3 Blender Bites Greens & Berries superfood pucks
2 cups apple or orange juice

Blend and place in popsicle moulds. Freeze overnight.
