This recipe contains four cleansing powerhouses: there’s kale, which is a potent detoxifying ingredient full of Vitamin K, A and C; cucumber, which adds a nice flavour with a high water content to help flush the toxins out; fresh squeezed lemon juice which is alkalizing and helps fight inflammation, and finally, ginger, which helps to strengthen the immune system.
