It’s not just all these new kids on the restaurant block that are going to make our summer a delectable one. Some established faves have been breathing new life into their menus and locations, one of which is Three Boars Tapas.
The Edmonton hot spot shut its doors for a week to freshen up the space and throw down some new eats. Though the much-loved atmosphere remains unchanged, the menu additions make for a whole new experience. We’re still drooling over the crisp fresh tabbouleh, and the Korean rice cakes are like no other! Our only regret is not ordering the entire menu. — Amy Dillon
