It’s time to eat, drink and be scary with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey (our spirits pro loved it), an adults-only treat to trick out your bar cart for upcoming festivities. For a Tropical Fall Twist: Pumpkin Paradise
1 ½ oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
¾ oz. Zaya Gran Reserva Rum
½ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Pumpkin Cream of Coconut Mix (below)
3 Pineapple Top Leaves
Pumpkin Spice
For Pumpkin Cream of Coconut Mix Blend:
15 oz. can Pumpkin Puree
15 oz. can Cream of Coconut
2 dashes Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Cinnamon
¾ tsp. Nutmeg
3 tbsp. Sugar
Shake all ingredients together in a shaker with ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with three pineapple leaves and powdered pumpkin spice
For a Caffeinated Kick: Peanut Butter Espresso Martini
1.5 oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
½ oz. Coffee Liqueur
1.5 oz. Freshly Brewed Espresso
Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into martini glass. Garnish with three espresso beans.
For Something Salty and Sweet: The Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel
1.5 oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
¾ oz. Chocolate Liqueur
Dip chilled coup or martini glass into light amount of caramel sauce and then light amount of sea salt. Stir Skrewball Whiskey and chocolate liqueur and strain into dressed coupe glass.
