the chew: Rhonda Zuk has been making artisan pecorino cheeses (with help from her herd of 150 East Friesen ewes, and she recently ventured into cow’s-milk products, too) in Kitscoty, two hours east of Edmonton, since 2010. Now her company, The Cheesiry, is offering a 50 Shades of Grey Valentine’s Day basket, which includes four kinds of cheese, Hershey’s Kisses, pull-apart Twizzlers, sheep jerky, local honey and crackers, starting from $60.
