Summertime will soon be in its “prime” when C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine‘s incredible talented executive chef Behshad Zolnasr introduces a new seasonally inspired dinner menu at the upscale dining enclave in Vancouver’s iconic Century Plaza Hotel.
Available nightly from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., C|Prime’s new dinner menu will offer a taste of summer in all its glory courtesy of an array of fresh, local, and sustainably sourced ingredients that take centre stage in new share plates, pasta dishes, mains, steaks and sides. We’re particularly looking forward to trying the Dopio Ravioli with summer peas, basil, ricotta and brown butter; the scallops with cauliflower tobouleh, charred florets and puree; and the short rib with slow braised, potato roesti, honey carrots and peppercorn.
