Frills are the perfect trend to integrate into your wardrobe because they are soft, subtle, and offer a punch of panache to your late summer must-haves. It comes in pink or black, and can be paired with just about anything: opt for shorts or a cute skirt for a casual getup, or wear with skinny jeans and heels for a night out on the town.
