Getting Grateful With Mott’s Clamato

Spicy Grilled Wings

These Spicy Grilled Wings will have your family singing your praises! For the vegetarians in your life, cauliflower makes a great substitute.

1½ cups Mott’s Clamato Original
2 tablespoons tomato paste
½ cup cayenne pepper sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper, course ground
½ bunch cilantro, chopped fine
3 lbs. chicken wings, thawed

Preheat the grill to 375° F (place grill on high for 10 minutes with lid closed). Lower to medium.In a large saucepan, place all the ingredients except wings and cilantro. Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes; keep warm. If your mouth isn’t watering yet, add more Clamato. Place chicken wings on grill; cook for 10-12 minutes each side or until meat is cooked through. In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with tomato sauce and cilantro. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and a cold Clamato drink to cool you down.

Non-Alcoholic Clamato Michelada

Pair this with the non-alcoholic Clamato Michelada so everyone at the table can enjoy! For those that want a little extra kick, swap for an alcoholic beer (enjoy responsibly).

1 Key lime or ReaLime (to taste)
4 oz. Mott’s Clamato Original
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes habanero pepper sauce
1 12-oz. bottle non alcoholic beer
Ice (as needed)
1 lime wheel
Tajín

Dip the rim of the glass into lime juice, then dip carefully into Tajín. In a shaker with ice, combine all the ingredients except beer; shake well to chill. Serve in a mug; fill with beer. Garnish with lime wheel.
