Did you work hard all summer long to get that perfect sun-kissed look? Don’t worry about it fading away. Keep those perfect tans with a great self-tanner for fall and winter. Bondi Sands’ Self Tanning Foam Dark ($29, sold through Shopper’s Drug Mart) is a lightweight self-tanning foam that is enriched with aloe vera and infused with the scent of coconut. Your tan will develop in 6-8 hours, all the while hydrating and nourishing your skin and leaving you bronzer for longer.

To put your best and most tanned face forward, try Clinique’s Self Sun Face Tinted Lotion ($38). This golden tan progresses in just a few hours for a smooth, even, natural look. And there are never any surprises – this self-tanner shows where it goes.

Vichy Canada’s Ideal Soleil Self Tanner ($29) provides a natural bronzed effect for the face and the body. It goes on easily and never leaves any streaks. It also contains volcanic water for ultimate hydration.

The Body Drench Instant Self Tanner Spray from Mat & Max ($24) has a fine mist so it’s easier to tan harder-to-reach places. It can be applied quickly and provides instant results that intensify over time. It also has a pleasant, light scent.

If you have more sensitive skin, try La Roche Posay’s Autohelios Self-Tan Gel-Cream lotion ($27). It is a moisturizing self-tanner that is ideally suited for sensitive skin and helps achieve an even, natural glow on skin without spots or marks. The gel-cream texture goes on in an easy, uniform application too.
