Count Negroni
Putting a spin on the classic Negroni cocktail, this simple yet sophisticated cocktail still carries a refreshingly bitter taste. Using PUR Vodka, with a smooth, mild taste, you’ll be able to appreciate the bitter-sweetness of this mix. Strong with subtle citrus tones, serve up this cocktail with a sinister laugh and glaucous candy.
2 oz of PUR Vodka
¾ oz Bitter liquor, Amer Amer
¾ oz of red vermouth, Dolin
In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients then toss 20 to 30 times until you get a nice dilution. Filter it without ice in a chilled cup then add a zest of grapefruit on top of it.
Maple Martini
Rich and decadent, enjoy a twist on a timeless cocktail. The perfect blend of Sortilège Original and vodka, taste authentic Quebec maple syrup and cinnamon. Serve with your favourite maple or caramel candy.
3 oz Sortilège Original
1 oz vodka
Maple sugar or cinnamon (stick for garnish)
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with maple sugar or cinnamon stick.
Wine Vanilla Ice
A spin on mulled wine, GatoNegro Cabernet Sauvignon brings notes of strawberry and chocolate to a holiday favourite. Add a touch of sweetness with vanilla and serve over ice to bring out a lush decadence. Pair with peanut butter cups.
120ml of GatoNegro Cabernet Sauvignon
Ice
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
120ml of water
2 cinnamon sticks
A few cloves
¼ cup of sugar
1 orange
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water, mix and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add vanilla essence and cloves. Stir well. Add cinnamon sticks and wine. Mix and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve with lots of ice, garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
