While the weather might seem touch and go on the west coast at the moment, we Vancouverites know better. No matter how clear the skies seem, at any moment it could start pouring cats and dogs. Below are some of our choice picks for braving the rain. —Vicki Duong
alder apparel. Downpours may make our adventures a bit more wet but that doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy the great outdoors. columbia. Puddles have nothing on you when you have a good pair of rain boots. outdoor research. While a hat is no substitute for an umbrella, sometimes headwear is the way to go to keep yourself hands-free. adhere to studios. For the days where the forecast is a bit more than lightly misting, we opt for something designed for warmth as well as for water-repellency. The puffer ($580) from Adhere to Studios is a new fave in our rotation. The puffer is filled with recycled down and feathers while the inner collar and pockets are lined with fleece for additional warmth.
