Lyndi Barrett, special events, VITA: “When it comes to skincare, my go-to brand for years has been Dermalogica. Their Daily Microfoliant is a staple in my skincare regime. It’s super gentle on my skin, and helps my makeup go on smoothly. Speaking of makeup, I was recently introduced to Armani’s Luminous Silk Foundation and I will definitely be repurchasing this. Its silky-smooth formula looks so natural on my skin but is buildable to create more coverage. My favourite bronzing product is from the Queen of Glow, Charlotte Tilbury. Filmstar Bronze and Glow creates a perfectly sun kissed complexion. Another skincare favourite is Skinceutical’s Phyto A Brightening Moisturizer from Project Skin. It’s a lightweight, brightening moisturiser that soothes and helps reduce redness.  All these products in combination make my face look and feel flawless. On my last trip to LA I visited Glossier’s perfectly pink store on Melrose. I picked up their classic Boy Brow along with Cherry Flavoured Balm Dot Com. It was recently announced that Glossier will be available at Sephora Canada. I’m so excited to get some of my all-time favourite products locally soon! Whenever I’m taking my coffee from home to-go, I use my Nespresso Travel Cup. It’s lightweight and keeps my beverage hot or cold almost all day long! Vancouver has so many incredibly jewelry brands; one of my favourites is Melanie Auld who recently opened a boutique on West 4th. Last year I got one of their gold welded bracelets and I love it! It’s permanent, and the perfect piece of delicate jewelry. Spring is around the corner and one of the items I’ve recently added to my wardrobe is this top by YAYA the brand from Fine Finds in Yaletown. I love the lilac colour, and I know this will become a staple in my wardrobe. It’s the perfect layering piece and I’m very tempted to get it in white and grey, too!”
