Select Harvest Rosé 2022: Hand-harvested, sorted, then whole-cluster-pressed to get that “kiss” of colour. The juice was settled and then slowly fermented, following by aging on light lees for five months before final blending and bottling. Delicate aromas of wild rose petals, cherry blossom and subtle notes of citrus on the nose, with fresh flavours of cherry juice, pear, apple and cream on the palate. The finish is long and persistent. Pair with fresh seafood or vegetarian dishes, as well as summer salads, turkey dishes, or roasted chicken. Equally refreshing by itself on the patio.

Select GSM 2020: Rich, ripe cherry notes followed by goji and freshly cracked black pepper on the nose. This complex wine welcomes and intrigues with flavours of blackberry and ripe strawberry, leading to a lengthy finish. Pair with a roast beef dinner with beef jus, osso buco, baked eggplant, or charcuterie.

Select Harvest Syrah 2020: Rich, black cherry notes with white pepper and cherry pastry aromas on the nose followed by juicy flavours of field-berry compote providing an excellent balance on the palate. Enjoy solo or après-ski in front of a cozy fire. Naturally paired with grilled red meats, pulled pork, or vegan mushroom bourguignon.

Select Harvest Chenin Blanc 2022: Hand-harvested, sorted, then gently whole-cluster pressed. The juice was settled and then fermented slowly in concrete and stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on light lees for five months in tank before final bottling. Aromas of citrus, lemon curd, pear and wet granite with fresh flavours of pear, lemon/lime, and honey on the palate, enhanced with a mouthwatering, balanced acidity. Pair with raw oysters, seafood linguini, lightly buttered popcorn, grilled asparagus, or eggs benedict.

Select Harvest Viognier 2021: Fruit was hand-harvested and sorted before a gentle whole-cluster pressing. The pressed juice was cold settled and racked off the solids before fermentation. The juice was split into two stainless steel tanks and a concrete tulip using three different yeast strains. After a slow fermentation, the three wines were blended back together and aged in French oak barrels (30 per cent new) for five months before final blending and bottling. Nuanced notes of ripe golden mango, citrus peel, marmalade, and jasmine flowers are highlighted on the nose, complemented by tropical fruit on the palate. Full-bodied and rich with an excellent finish and length. Enjoy with roasted chicken, turkey, duck dishes, or pork tenderloin. This wine is also equally at ease with salmon, trout, oysters or crab. Its flavours complement soft and firm cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and many Asian cuisines.
