Fur Oil—billed as a mix of lightweight grapeseed, jojoba, tea tree and clary sage oils—is meant to do exactly what its name suggests: soften those nether-region hairs. And, since discovering it’s one of British actress Emma Watson’s beauty must-haves (in addition to considering our trepidation around waxing and desire to use more natural products, this one being both paraben and silicone free), we just had to put it to trial.
The testing process, it turned out, involved religiously (i.e., for a whole month) applying two to three drops of this made-in-America oil, well, there, after every hot shower, then patting the excess onto other body parts like our underarms and brows (thanks for the insider’s tip, Emma!). The verdict: we’re totally sold. This golden-hued viscous liquid, with its relaxing citrus-y scent, never left an oily residue on our palms, yet we loved how soft the hair on our girly bits have become (this may be TMI, but all former itchiness/prickliness is gone).
Ain’t nothing faux about this fur. —Isabel Ong
