August 3, 2023

Milestone’s spinach artichoke dip is a popular appetizer known for its creamy texture and delicious flavor. Here’s a recipe that aims to recreate the dip you might find on their menu:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned or jarred artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Grease a baking dish (9×9 inch or a similar size) with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Transfer the spinach artichoke mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake the dip in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown and the dip is bubbly.
  6. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the spinach artichoke dip with your choice of tortilla chips, pita bread, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.

Enjoy your homemade Milestone’s inspired spinach artichoke dip! It’s perfect for parties, gatherings, or simply as a delicious appetizer for any occasion. —Vita Daily
