"I love New York!" declared Tim McGraw to the very enthusiastic crowd at the intimate and cozy Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan this week. The country music star (with a surprise appearance by his talented wife Faith Hill) had the 2,200 in attendance captivated.
And no doubt country fans all over the world were just as taken with the handsome crooner with his big voice and sexy black cowboy hat as he sang his hits, along with a few from his just released album, Sundown Heaven Town. Thanks to the Amex Unstaged, which live streamed the show, fans the world over were able to tune into the 75-minute concert.
This is the 15th installment of Amex Unstaged—of top artists performing in renowned venues, with the live stream directed by some of the world’s top directors including Spike Lee and Pharrell Williams, for example—but a first for us to partake in personally, and we can’t wait to see who’s up next.
It’s like enjoying the absolute best tickets to the coolest of concerts—but for free, and while in your PJs on the couch.
