Farrow Sandwiches is our new go-to for handy takeout eats, good cups of joe and hipster gatherings.
Newly opened and miniscule in size, this sandwich shop offers a daily changing menu of craft sandwich creations, reasonably priced between $3 and $7, and smartly sourced java. With glowing national pride we recommend a fresh, hand-dripped cup of Victoria’s Bows and Arrows brew. Another must-try: the Speedy Gonzalez sandwich of deep-fried avocado, pico de gallo, red cabbage, cilantro and chipotle cream on a Portugese torta. While you’re waiting for your grub from the tattooed sandwich slingers behind the counter, feast your eyes on the wall art—a deconstructed sandwich mural by Edmonton illustrator Josh Holinaty.
