After almost a year of anticipation, we finally got the chance to try the city’s new late-night dumpling den, Baijiu.
From the same team that brought us North 53 in all it’s shaken-and-stirred glory, this hip spot is sure to keep the hordes happy. Pumping old-school hip-hop jams and slinging all sorts of Asian-inspired foods til 12 a.m., the menu combines small bites with lager share plates flawlessly. We’re still dreaming of the slow-roasted pork ssam and dare you to find a vegetable dish that beats Baijiu’s Korean Brussel sprouts!
