No visit to the Arizona/Utah border is complete without a tour of the Navajo Nation Slot Canyons. Serene and awe-inspiring, slot canyons are a geological marvel: they are long narrow channels or drainage-ways with sheer rock walls that are typically eroded into either sandstone or other sedimentary rock.
