8 Mother’s Day Bubbles She’s Sure to Love

Splurgy yes, but this for Mom after all. Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2015 is a nod to Madame Clicquot herself, whose nickname “La Grande Dame de la Champagne” inspired this and marks the 24th vintage since 1972, when Veuve Clicquot launched its first prestige cuvée to celebrate the House’s bicentenary. The label and packaging are a collaboration with Italian designer Paola Paronetto, who’s created six different gift boxes in a variety of colours, that make this champagne gift very special indeed. Complex with a decided minerality and light floral notes of jasmine and acacia plus fruity pear and clementine.
