RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Ingredients:
1/4 cup OHME! Freeze-Dried Raspberries
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1 egg
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Roll batter into balls and flatten onto a parchment lined pan. Bake cookies for 10 to 13 minutes. Let the cookies cool down and enjoy!
STRAWBERRY ENERGY BITE
Ingredients:
1 cup OHME! Freeze-Dried Strawberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. Roll mixture into balls and place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Store in the fridge and enjoy! For a more vibrant pink colour, add in 2 tsp of beetroot powder or freeze-dried strawberry powder.
