What a great (but tough!) question. There are so many, but the one that stands out is a “Hike More, Worry Less” sticker that currently adorns my water bottle. It keeps me going no matter what adversity I face and inspires me to get outside my comfort zone. After a hike, I feel like I can face any challenge the world offers!
