TV stints, radio shows, top-selling albums, touring with Céline Dion … Gregory Charles is a bit of a local treasure.

Next on the showman’s agenda is Vintage, set to tour Québec’s casinos. First stop? Montreal, until June 7th. As the name suggests, the show is heavy on the way-back tracks but because the act is interactive (every audience member fills out a questionnaire about his or her musical preferences prior to/during the show), the material changes from night to night. The clincher? Charles pulls a few audience-suggested songs out of a hat, playing them live, no warning or rehearsal.
